Idea in Brief
We all want people to continue to develop in wisdom, which is skill in living through sound character, practical skills and knowledge. As a person starts and then pursues more understanding, it is critical that we provide acknowledgement of their work along the way.
This is chart showing the levels of recognition based on competencies completed.
Why
People need encouragement, people need recognition for their work. It is important for leadership to provide enough encouragement for everyone as they progress in renewing their minds with the biblical truths.
The C-BTE system is designed to be an assessment of competencies, where the learner provides evidence according to a specific principle which is then assessed. As the learner builds their competencies it is important that they are recognized for continued inspiration.
Who
For church network leaders so that they can understand the recognition levels that BILD is providing. These recognition awards can be provided by BILD or made available to the church network leadership.
Desired Outcome
So that leaders participating in the training can be aware and know the expectations for the different recognition levels, encouraging themselves and others to progress towards each goal of development.
