Present Expectations and Create a Schedule for Competency Cohort
Idea in Brief
A tool that makes clear what is expected before, during, and after each cohort event.
A tool that gives a comprehensive view of everything that is expected for the Antioch School M.Min./D.Min. program according to the Dashboard.
Creating a comprehensive plan for the events of the Competency Cohort, particularly with attention to the dashboard of the Antioch School M.Min./D.Min.
Why
There are many parts and it may be difficult to keep focused on multiple parts, but it is necessary in order to make progress.
There is a tendency to think about the work of “showing up” for a Competency Cohort event, but not necessarily think about proper preparation and follow-up (or the other aspects of work that needs to be done in-between cohort events).
Implementers need guidance to help them support the progress of the cohort.
It will facilitate getting materials in place at the right times.
It will help everyone (cohort members, CEO/bishop, Implementers, BILD) to track progress.
Begin with the end in mind.
Provide a framework of events to help the Competency Cohort make progress and track its progress.
