Idea in Brief
- A tool that makes clear what is expected before, during, and after each cohort event.
- A tool that gives a comprehensive view of everything that is expected for the Antioch School C.Min./M.Min./D.Min. program according to the Dashboard.
Why
- There are many parts and it may be difficult to keep focused on multiple parts, but it is necessary in order to make progress.
- There is a tendency to think about the work of “showing up” for a Competency Cohort event, but not necessarily think about proper preparation and follow-up (or the other aspects of work that needs to be done in-between cohort events).
- Implementers need guidance to help them support the progress of the cohort.
- It will facilitate getting materials printed and distributed as needed.
- It will help everyone (cohort members, CEO/bishop, Implementers, BILD) to track progress.
Who
Implementers (in consultation with Bishops/CEOs and the BILD apostolic team).
Desired Outcome
- Each cohort member will have access to a detailed sketch of schedule and expectations of everything on the M.Min./D.Min. dashboard.
- Implementers will be able to guide and support cohort members appropriately.
- Implementers and BILD will be able to track and measure progress of the cohort as a whole.
